The 2000 Section W4B Conclave was held at Camp Pendleton in San Diego County. Navajo Lodge # 98 was the service lodge for the event.

The evening started with an impromptu campfire where cars formed a semi-circle with their headlights on because there was no power. In addition to a fun campfire, the crowd roared when they found out the Lakers were blowing out the Sacramento Kings in game 5, the deciding game in the playoffs.

A beautiful lake served as a great backdrop. Cahuilla was very active in the competitions and took home the Niganet and Spirit Awards.
