April:
Cahuilla Lodge received notification that it had received the 2001 National Service Award. This was the first time Cahuilla had received the award, though it's service hours prior to the award's founding undoubtedly were among the highest in the country.

May:
Cahuilla Lodge wins the Lodge Excellence and Spirit Awards at the Section W4B Conclave.
