W4B Conclave Service Weekends! We Need Your Help!
The next Service Weekend for the Section W4B Conclave will be held
April 25-27, 2003. We encourage all Scouts and Scouters in Cahuilla
Lodge to attend these project weekends if possible to get the camp
ready for the Section W4B Conclave!

Conclave Service Weekend and Vigil Reunion Is A Definite Success
A small but spirited group of Scouts and Scouters accomplished a large amount
of service on March 21 - 23, 2003, at Camp Emerson. Led by Lodge Chief
Michael Gollner and Conclave Chairperson Brad Denbo, the group helped
disassemble piece by piece of the old dilapadated trailer and helped
drywall the new Wagonwheel bathroom.
The next service weekend will be held April 4 - 6, 2003. We need everybody's help to get the camp ready for the Section W4B Conclave!
Conclave Service Weekends! We Need Your Help!
Because of Inclement Weather, the first OA service weekend
has been moved to March 21 - 23 at Camp Emerson.
A very exciting opportunity is available to everyone on March 14, 15, and 16th THE CAMP EMERSON CONCLAVE SERVICE WEEKEND!!!! Not only is there great service, but if your chapter brings the most people (over 10) to the next too weekends, your chapter receives a ½ off DISCOUNT on all CONCLAVE PATCHES. That’s TEN DOLLARS for one weekend of cheerful service. Is that not enough??? If your chapter brings 20 or more people, they will be treated to FREE PIZZA!!!!!!!!!!! The weekend costs only $8 for food, so send it in NOW!!! You only have until FRIDAY to send in your money!!! It must be postmarked my March 7th, or by March 7th you must call council @ (909) 825-8844 X 136, ask for Mr. Bates.
