Chapter Meetings:

It is an honor to be the Tahquitz Chapter Adviser. This Chapter has such a rich history of the past, the goal of our current Chapter Chief, Officers and myself is to have the history of this Chapter continue into the future by building a program of Brotherhood, Cheerfulness, and Service. Those who have continued their Ties of Brotherhood with the Chapter have been Serving our Cub Scouts well by conducting many Arrow of Light Ceremonies, the District by being on staff at Webelos Woods, and at any request where we can be helpful. We are in need of the rest of our Chapter Brotherhood to become involved with the Chapter and planned activities. We are in search for another Ceremony Team and have a Ceremony Coach willing to work with them.

The Chapter has plans to build new ceremony clothing and other items. To do this we will be teaching bead work, leather sewing, and other craft techniques. Our Chapter has signed up to run the September Ordeal and need all present and past members to get involved with the planning efforts to make this the most successful Ordeal ever. There are great plans in the mists but great plans can only be done when all are willing to be involved and help rebuild Tahquitz Chapter into the Number One Chapter it should be.
