Greetings All Tahquitz OA Members,

Here we are in June already. Many things have been happening in our Chapter. We have approximately 90 plus candidates this year thanks to the hard work of our Officers and those who have been attending our Chapter Meetings. There is a large task ahead of us all in helping the new Arrow Members find their place into the Chapter and Order of the Arrow Brotherhood. It is up to us who are active members to help these candidates find the trail and when the trail is found help guide them along the path so that they do not waiver.

I call upon all who are registered with the Chapter to begin to come to the Chapter Meetings and find where your place is also. May it be as a Chapter Officer, Ceremony Team Member, Regalia building, Ceremony Site Preparation, etc? This also is true for you Adults. We need Advisers for each of our officer positions. Each position needs the guidance and help of an adult. Are you one of them? Will you take the challenge to follow your own path? I challenge all who were once a part of this Chapter to return to the Oath you gave to support your Lodge and Chapter. Renew your membership not by just paying your dues but by getting involved and be an active part of the Order of the Arrow.

The drum is sounding in the distance; your heart begins to beat as one with the drum. Will you search out the drum and join your Chapter? Search you heart and a new path may lie before you.
